Community, education, and advocacy for a GTM audience
Bitscale | Gurgaon, India (in office) | Full time
Why this role exists
Bitscale is a GTM automation and data enrichment platform. 200+ customers, seven figures in ARR, profitable, 17 people. We compete with Clay and win on depth of enrichment and workflow control.
People who use Bitscale properly love it, and most people never get to “properly.” Our docs are thinner than our product, the best workflows live in the heads of our power users, and the people whose work Bitscale genuinely changed are invisible to everyone outside their own company.
This role fixes that. The closest existing title for it is DevRel, except our developers are GTM operators.
What you will own
Community and power user stories
- Build and run the Bitscale user community from scratch: the space, the rituals, the tone
- Go deep with power users, find the story under the workflow, and get it out in public as case studies, videos, and user spotlights. The question is what Bitscale changed for them, not which feature they clicked
- Bring the signal back to product with evidence attached, not vibes
Education and cohorts
- Run cohort-based onboarding: a group starts Monday, ships a working workflow by Friday
- Live sessions, office hours, teardowns of real workflows
- Measured on activation and retention of the cohort, not attendance
Documentation
- Own docs end to end. Write from the product, not from a spec
- Keep them current as we ship. Stale docs are a bug and this is your bug
Awareness
- Ship in public: teardowns, playbooks, demo videos, launch content
